Son redondas, mantecosas, dulces\u2026 y mandan en los turrones de Jijona y Alicante. Se usan <strong data-start=\"250\" data-end=\"291\">molidas en el turr\u00f3n blando de Jijona<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"335\">enteras en el turr\u00f3n duro de Alicante<\/strong>, cada una aportando su toque \u00fanico. Adem\u00e1s, se cuelan en mazapanes, reposter\u00eda gourmet, snacks premium y alta cocina. Corto y conciso: si es Marcona, es top&#8230;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1061\"><strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1061\">Pasas sultanas: el snack de los sultanes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1394\">Estas pasas no son cualquier uva seca. Su nombre viene de los sultanes del Imperio Otomano, que las ten\u00edan como regalo de lujo. Son de la variedad sultana, blanca y sin semillas, doradas y dulces como caramelos naturales. Hoy las usamos en reposter\u00eda, desayunos o en platos salados si quieres impresionar sin complicarte la vida.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1463\"><strong data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1463\">Brevas de la Contraviesa: los primeros frutos con nombre propio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1802\">Breva no es lo mismo que higo. Es el primer fruto del a\u00f1o de la higuera. Las de la Contraviesa, en la Alpujarra granadina, son codiciadas: jugosas, dulces y solo disponibles durante un mes (mayo-junio). Su nombre viene de la zona donde se cultivan y de la tradici\u00f3n agr\u00edcola local. Comerlas es como probar la primavera antes de tiempo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1841\"><strong data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1841\">\u00d1oras: pimiento que se hace notar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"2138\">Las \u00f1oras son esos pimientos redonditos y dulces de Murcia que se secan al sol para concentrar sabor. Su nombre viene de la localidad de La \u00d1ora, donde se cultivaban en grandes cantidades. Perfectas para caldos, arroces y salsas; no pican, solo dan car\u00e1cter y aroma mediterr\u00e1neo en cada plato.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2189\"><strong data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2189\">Luna tomatera: la leyenda que gu\u00eda la cosecha<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2500\">La \u201cluna tomatera\u201d es la luna llena de agosto, justo cuando los tomates llegan a su punto. Su nombre viene de la tradici\u00f3n agr\u00edcola: se dec\u00eda que bajo esa luna los tomates maduraban mejor. Ciencia aparte, la tradici\u00f3n persiste y los agricultores la respetan.
