Una cita que cada a\u00f1o pone en valor uno de los quesos m\u00e1s antiguos de Europa y que, en esta ocasi\u00f3n, cambi\u00f3 el concurso al mejor queso por un programa destinado a resaltar la dimensi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica y cultural de este producto milenario.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"1132\">El Consejo Regulador explic\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n se debe al delicado momento que atraviesa la producci\u00f3n, con solo dos queser\u00edas en activo: <strong data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"898\">Queser\u00eda Redes<\/strong>, en Caso, y <strong data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"924\">Ca Llechi<\/strong>, en Pilo\u00f1a. Precisamente por ello, el certamen de 2025 quiso centrarse en divulgar el patrimonio que representa este queso \u00fanico, elaborado de forma artesanal en el coraz\u00f3n del <strong data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1129\">Parque Natural de Redes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1715\">La jornada incluy\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1188\">catas y degustaciones populares<\/strong>, concursos de cocina profesional y amateur, y la presencia de expositores locales vinculados tanto a la gastronom\u00eda como a la artesan\u00eda, bajo el sello de calidad <strong data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1376\">Alimentos del Para\u00edso<\/strong>. No falt\u00f3 la m\u00fasica popular, con la bandina <strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1439\">La Garrapiella<\/strong> poniendo ritmo a la sesi\u00f3n verm\u00fa, ni la exposici\u00f3n <strong data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1533\">\u201cQueseras casinas, tesoros del tiempo\u201d<\/strong>, inaugurada en el Centro de Interpretaci\u00f3n del Parque Natural de Redes, donde se mostraron herramientas tradicionales y fotograf\u00edas que narran la historia de este queso ancestral.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"2139\">El preg\u00f3n corri\u00f3 a cargo del conocido ganadero y apicultor asturiano <strong data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1801\">\u201cPicotazos\u201d<\/strong>, figura cercana al mundo rural e imagen del spot promocional de la DOP junto a la ya c\u00e9lebre vaca casina <strong data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"1918\">La Cas\u00ed<\/strong>.
