Un total de <strong data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"765\">28 establecimientos<\/strong> participar\u00e1n en la muestra gastron\u00f3mica que se celebrar\u00e1 los d\u00edas <strong data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"851\">10 y 11 de mayo<\/strong>, dando el pistoletazo de salida a la ruta con una exhibici\u00f3n de sabores tanto tradicionales como innovadores.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1423\" class=\"\">El programa, coordinado por la <strong data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1039\">Asociaci\u00f3n J\u00f3venes Restauradores de Conil<\/strong>, incluye <strong data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1151\">showcookings, ronqueo tradicional del at\u00fan, concursos culinarios, talleres y actuaciones musicales<\/strong>, con escenarios destacados como el entorno de Santa Catalina o la Torre de Guzm\u00e1n. Adem\u00e1s, parte de los beneficios obtenidos durante la muestra se destinar\u00e1n a <strong data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1373\">entidades locales que trabajan con colectivos vulnerables<\/strong>, incorporando as\u00ed un componente social al evento.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1932\" class=\"\">La Ruta del At\u00fan no es solo un reclamo tur\u00edstico. Es tambi\u00e9n una expresi\u00f3n del <strong data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1542\">patrimonio cultural y gastron\u00f3mico<\/strong> de la comarca. La almadraba \u2014t\u00e9cnica de pesca con m\u00e1s de mil a\u00f1os de historia\u2014 y la cocina que de ella se deriva, constituyen un ritual colectivo que une sostenibilidad, conocimiento tradicional y creatividad culinaria.
