Es una versi\u00f3n de La dama y el pastor<\/em>, con un componente er\u00f3tico y burlesco que refleja los intereses de la corte, especialmente la ideolog\u00eda aristocr\u00e1tica que ridiculiza al r\u00fastico incapaz de amar.<\/p>\n

En el siglo XV, se populariz\u00f3 la impresi\u00f3n de Cancioneros cortesanos, pero con pocos romances. Al final del siglo, los impresores de pliegos sueltos comenzaron a difundir los romances populares, conocidos como \u00abviejos\u00bb, mientras que el primer romance trovadoresco, Terrible duelo faz\u00eda<\/em>, de Carvajal, refleja la separaci\u00f3n de los amantes.<\/p>\n
